Programs Offered
Infant Class – This class is designed to offer support to parents with children between the ages of 12 to 21 months. The parent and child meet on Mondays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Parent-Toddler Class - This program is a two hour parent participation class that meets once a week. It offers appropriate indoor & outdoor play experience in a safe environment. A parent discussion takes place under the leadership of an experienced child development specialist while the toddlers experience a separation transition under the careful supervision of another teacher. The Parent-Toddler Class meets one day a week from 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
3 & 4 Year Olds – A half-day preschool where children are grouped by age into small classes of no more than 15 children to two qualified teachers.
4 Year Olds – A half-day preschool available 5 days a week designed for the older, or more mature four year olds who can handle the expectations of attending everyday. Class size and teacher ratio are the same as the 2 & 3 day programs.
5 Year Olds – A Transitional Kindergarten program for children who are age eligible for kindergarten but who may not be developmentally ready for the rigors of kindergarten. The class meets 5 half days per week and may have enrollment as large as 20 children with two qualified teachers.
Summer School – This 6 week program is regularly offered to currently enrolled children of the preschool. A separate registration process is required.
