1. Why is it important to open the card before you open the gift?

3. What does Pastor Thompson mean by "If you're going to begin a movement, you have to get your people ready?"
4. How can these gifts be misused? What seems to be the problem at Corinth?
5. Look at the descriptions of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. What do they help the people in the movement be able to do?
6. Pastor Thompson talked about ways to "unwrap" the gifts of the Holy Spirit: Conversation with others who know us well, what we love to do, studying the teachings of God's word, and experimentation. Which of these have you tried? Which have you not yet tried?
